The staff were very accommodating, providing us with a special vegan/vegetarian breakfast and dinner service, and offering a pick-up and drop-off service to the bus stop. The bicycles provided by the hotel made it easy for us to explore the beautiful surroundings.

The hotel had a very welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the special vegan/vegetarian breakfast and dinner service was a great touch, and the fact that they offered pick-up and drop-off services from the bus stop was very convenient. We also loved that they offered bicycles to use, which made it easy for us to explore the beautiful area around the hotel.
It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't use the onsen because of our tattoos, which seems to be a common issue across many places in Japan. the hotel offered us a room with a bath as compensation, which was a nice gesture on their part.

Staying at this welcoming hotel was truly a wonderful experience. We loved the special vegan/vegetarian breakfast and dinner service, which was a nice touch. Another bonus was the pick-up and drop-off service to the bus stop, which made our travels so much easier. We also appreciated the bicycles that were available for us to explore the area. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was great. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our window.
We were disappointed to learn that the onsen was not available to guests with tattoos, but the hotel made up for it by offering us a room with a bath instead.

This hotel is a gem! The special vegan/vegetarian breakfast and dinner service were so tasty. Plus, they offer a pick-up and drop-off service from the bus stop, which was so convenient. We also loved the fact that they lent us bicycles - such a wonderful way to explore the surrounding area.
The hotel's policy of not allowing guests with tattoos to use the onsen was a bit disappointing. Although, we appreciated that they made up for it by offering us a room with a bath instead.
